Warranty Coverage

We provide the following warranties for all Livint products purchased and installed under normal residential use:

10-Year Warranty – Aluminum Structure

We stand by the strength of our craftsmanship. All aluminum cabinet, door, and window structures come with a 10-year limited warranty covering:

• Structural integrity
• Warping or significant deformation
• Defects in aluminum profile fabrication

2-Year Warranty – Accessories & Components

All hinges, drawer runners, locks, handles, mesh, glass, and other accessories are covered under a 2-year limited warranty. This covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Mechanical failure not caused by abuse, neglect, or improper use

Natural wear and tear, rust from coastal or chemical exposure, or damage due to impact or cleaning with abrasive products are not included.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

• Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for any warranty claims.
• Warranty coverage begins from the date of invoice.
• Livint reserves the right to inspect and assess the product in question before approving a warranty claim.
• In the event of a valid claim, Livint will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.
